Welcome to Healing Life Institute
Healing Life Institute is a Christian counseling practice built on the SMART Relationship Path, a framework developed by our founder and lead counselor, Bridgette Morris.
We help individuals and couples work through unresolved trauma, break unhealthy patterns, and build the clarity and connection they've been missing.
WHAT WE OFFER:
Individual Counseling
Understand yourself more deeply and break the patterns keeping you stuck. Work through anxiety, trauma, and relationship struggles with compassionate, one-on-one support using the SMART Relationship Path.
Couples Counseling
Rebuild trust, improve communication, and reconnect with your partner. Whether you're repairing after a rupture or strengthening a good relationship, we help you move from conflict to connection.
Intensives for Individual or Couples
A focused, intensive for individuals or couples who want faster breakthroughs than weekly sessions allow. Ideal if you're in crisis, facing a big decision, or want to make major progress quickly.
Narcissistic Relationship Support
Regain your voice and your confidence after a relationship with a narcissistic or emotionally abusive partner, parent, or family member. Learn what's actually happening, set boundaries, and heal.
