Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Counseling That Helps You Get Clear
Understand the pattern, rebuild trust in your own judgment, and take back your life with support that has walked survivors through this before. Virtual in Georgia. In-person in Peachtree Corners.
WHAT IS NARCISSISTIC ABUSE RECOVERY COUNSELING?
The Space to Finally Understand What Has Been Happening
Narcissistic abuse recovery counseling is focused support for people who feel confused, blamed, dismissed, or emotionally worn down by someone who keeps moving the goalposts, a partner, ex, parent, adult child, sibling, boss, or co-parent.
At Healing Life Institute, this is not general relationship counseling. We help you name the pattern you've been caught in, rebuild trust in your own judgment, and decide what boundaries and next steps actually fit your life.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I NEED NARCISSISTIC ABUSE RECOVERY SUPPORT?
When the Relationship Keeps You Confused, Blamed, or Drained
You don't need to have it all figured out to start. Sometimes the clearest sign is realizing how exhausted you feel just trying to explain what's happening.
-
You never know which version of the person you're going to get, and you've started managing your own behavior around theirs.
-
You keep trying to explain your feelings, but the conversation gets twisted back onto you.
-
You replay conversations, wonder if you're overreacting, and second-guess your own memory of what happened.
-
You've noticed yourself shrinking, staying quiet, or losing pieces of your identity to keep the peace.
-
You want peace, but you're not sure whether to stay, leave, limit contact, or simply respond differently.
